Evidence, not guesswork

1. Your Experience
Upload a résumé, paste one, or answer plain questions instead. Paid, unpaid, volunteer, caregiving and family-business work all count. Uploaded files are read once and never kept.
2. The Work Behind the Work
Four or five short questions about what you actually handled — the coordinating, fixing, tracking and deciding a job title hides.
3. Your Preferences
Location and work authorization, remote or on-site, the minimum you need to earn, commute and travel limits, and whether independent work interests you at all.
4. Confirm and Find My Matches
We read back the themes and capabilities we found, each quoting your own words. You correct anything wrong, then we name role families and search current openings.
Then: who's hiring
Real openings from a job source or employer career page, filtered by your requirements, with every exclusion explained. We never invent an opening, a company or a salary.
Optional: Continue Your Next Chapter
If you want to track applications and outreach afterward, the Experience Vault, tracker, next-move rules and proof statements are all still there. None of it is required.

How the tracker decides what to suggest

The optional tracker in Continue Your Next Chapter follows written rules that are the same for everyone — never a mood, never a guess.

It only counts real attempts you logged with a target and an outcome — not vague plans or half-finished notes.
It never tells you to abandon a direction after one or two tries. It needs a pattern of your own evidence first.
Before any bigger change, it always suggests one small, controlled adjustment you can actually test.
If you go quiet for a while, you get a neutral check-in — not a scolding, and nothing is assumed or decided for you.
